Before you visit, and afterwards
Can I book a test without a doctor's prescription?
Many routine laboratory investigations can be booked directly. Certain specialised tests, imaging investigations and procedures may require a doctor's prescription or referral. Please confirm before booking if you are unsure.
How long will my report take?
Turnaround time depends on the investigation. Many routine tests are processed within the normal laboratory turnaround time, while cultures, histopathology, cytopathology, molecular tests and other specialised investigations may require additional time.
How can I download my report online?
Use Trace My Report on the Sparsha Diagnostics website and enter the registered mobile number used during registration. After logging in, you can access and download your available reports.
What payment methods are accepted?
Sparsha Diagnostics accepts commonly used payment methods such as cash, UPI and card payments. Insurance and cashless facilities may depend on the insurer, TPA and type of service. Please confirm eligibility in advance.
Are my personal details and reports confidential?
Yes. Sparsha Diagnostics treats patient information and diagnostic reports as confidential and takes appropriate measures to protect patient information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.
